We would like to inform you of a security incident involving our external provider of the online reservation management system. Unauthorized access occurred to data related to guest reservations. The potentially affected data may include guests’ personal and contact details, as well as reservation information.
Due to this incident, there is an increased risk of fraud attempts and phishing via SMS messages, email, phone calls, and other communication channels, such as WhatsApp.
The perpetrators may falsely present themselves as the hotel or as the reservation system provider and ask you to confirm your reservation, make an additional payment, or enter personal and payment card details via a link.
Such messages or calls may be fraudulent.

Do not click on links in suspicious messages,
Do not enter your personal details or payment card information,
End the call if you receive a suspicious phone call,
Before making any payment or changing your reservation, verify the request directly with us.
If you are unsure whether a message is genuine, please call us on +386 3 78 08 110.
If you have already provided your payment card details via a suspicious link, please notify your bank immediately.
We have informed the competent authorities about the incident, prepared instructions for guests, and are actively cooperating with our external provider.
