GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE DRAW “WIN 2 NIGHTS FOR 2 PEOPLE AT TERME DOBRNA”
NOTE: By participating in the prize draw, participants confirm that they are familiar with and agree to all provisions of the terms and conditions listed below for participation in the prize draw “Win 2 Nights for 2 People at Terme Dobrna”.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 In accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Participation, Terme Dobrna d.d., owner of the Terme Dobrna brand, is organizing the prize draw titled “Win 2 Nights for 2 People at Terme Dobrna” (hereinafter: the prize draw).
1.2 The description of the prize draw and the General Terms and Conditions of participation are published at: www.terme-dobrna.si/en.
1.3 The prize draw will be available at the Tourism Fair in Prague (12–14 March 2026) at the Terme Dobrna exhibition stand.
2. DEFINITIONS
2.1 The organizer and operator of the prize draw “Win 2 Nights for 2 People at Terme Dobrna” is the company:
Terme Dobrna d.d., Dobrna 50, 3204 Dobrna, Slovenia.
2.2 The General Terms and Conditions define the procedures and conditions under which participants may take part in the prize draw.
2.3 A participant and/or winner may only be an adult natural person who wishes to participate in the prize draw, agrees with the General Terms and Conditions of the prize draw, and provides accurate personal data in all stages of participation and prize collection.
Employees of the organizer and operator of the prize draw, as well as employees of companies involved in the execution of the prize draw, are not allowed to participate.
Participants may be all natural persons over 18 years of age with permanent residence in Croatia.
3. COURSE OF THE PRIZE DRAW
3.1 To participate in the prize draw, the participant must be familiar with and agree to the General Terms and Conditions of the prize draw. Participation in the prize draw is considered confirmation that the participant is familiar with and agrees to the rules.
3.2 To participate, the participant must answer the prize question available via a QR code, which they scan using their mobile device.
3.3 By submitting the entry, the participant agrees to the General Terms and Conditions and grants the organizer permission to use their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
3.4 After the prize draw ends, 1 prize will be awarded (see section 4).
3.5 Each participant may enter the prize draw only once. If there is suspicion that the same person participated multiple times using different email addresses or other personal data, the organizer may immediately and irrevocably exclude that person from the prize draw.
3.6 All participants who take part in the prize draw in accordance with section 3.2 will be entered into the prize draw, which will take place on 18 March 2026 after 10:00 AM.
The draw will be conducted by the organizer by randomly selecting one winner among all participants.
The drawing will be supervised by a three-member committee consisting of employees of the organizer.
The winner will be notified of the results by email within 3 days of the draw.
The winner must confirm receipt of the prize within 3 days of notification. If they fail to do so, a new draw will be conducted according to the same protocol.
The results will also be published on the website: www.terme-dobrna.si/en.
4. PRIZE FUND
4.1 The prizes are provided by the organizer Terme Dobrna d.d., Dobrna 50, 3204 Dobrna, Slovenia.
4.2 The prize consists of a package of 2 overnight stays for 2 people at Terme Dobrna (including breakfast).
The winner must use the prize within 6 months of the notification date. After this period, the prize cannot be used.
4.3 The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or another prize and is not transferable.
4.4 The winner is liable for income tax in accordance with Article 15, paragraph 4 of the Income Tax Act. The organizer will pay the income tax on behalf of the winner.
5. OBLIGATIONS OF PARTICIPANTS AND WINNERS
5.1 Before receiving the prize, the winner must provide the organizer with personal data:
name
surname
address
tax number
The winner agrees to provide their tax number and expressly allows the organizer to forward their personal data to the competent tax authority for income tax purposes.
The winner is entitled to the prize if they respond in writing within 3 days of receiving the notification and submit all required data for prize delivery.
If the organizer does not receive a response within this timeframe, the winner is considered to have forfeited the prize.
5.2 If the winner provides incorrect personal data, they lose the right to the prize without compensation.
5.3 By participating, each participant agrees that their name, surname, and place of residence may be publicly announced (online or in print media) if they win.
5.4 The prize will be delivered by the organizer by prior arrangement with the winner (in person or by mail).
5.5 The organizer reserves the right not to award the prize if:
There is suspicion regarding the authenticity of the provided data,
It is determined that the participant violated the terms and conditions,
The winner does not claim the prize within 3 days after notification.
6. INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

6.2 Participants’ personal data are processed for:
conducting the prize draw
verifying eligibility
notifying participants of results
statistical and market analysis
direct marketing until consent is withdrawn
Providing personal data is mandatory for participation.
6.3 Personal data of winners is also processed for:
prize delivery and use
informing the public about results
verifying compliance with the rules
fulfilling the organizer’s tax obligations
Without providing this data, the winner cannot claim the prize.
6.4 The legal basis for processing the winner’s data is the gift agreement established upon accepting the prize.
6.5 Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except with tax authorities for tax calculation and payment.
6.6 The organizer will protect collected data in accordance with personal data protection laws and internal policies.
6.7 Participants have the right to:
access their personal data
Request correction and restriction of processing
Request deletion of data (if withdrawing from the prize draw)
Receive their data in CSV format or have it transferred to another controller
6.8 Winners have the right to:

Request the deletion of data if they refuse or return the prize

7. COMPLAINTS
7.1 All complaints are handled by the prize draw operator. Complaints can be sent to: info@terme-dobrna.si
7.2 If the complaint is justified, the organizer will resolve it within the legally prescribed timeframe and notify the participant.
7.3 In the event of disputes, the Court in Celje, Republic of Slovenia, shall have jurisdiction.
8. CHANGES
8.1 The organizer reserves the right to change these rules if required for technical, commercial, or public reasons.
